I used the nitrons during a pig hunt just last week. They did an excellent job. Hog only went about 50 yds. and piled up. Blades are very sharp and they fly great.

Yes. Montec G-5 Seam to shoot straighter for my setup. The only thing wrong with them, is it is very hard to get them scary sharp. I can get tighter groups with the Montecs than I do with Feild points. They are more expensive than replacable blades but you can resharpen them and not have to replace the blades. It just takes a lot more time. The reson I sugested MUZZYS Was because you said you didn't want a head you had to sharpen.

I like the Wasp boss head for replaceable blade heads.They fly great,and are sharp heads.You can get replacement blades for these as well at any good archery shop,and are not very expensive as well.
I might give the Montec G5 head a try this year as well,heard alot of good things about them.Simple is the word,easy to resharpen if need be and never have to replace the heads,only thing about these is a little more expensive.Come in a pack of three,yet the wasp boss heads come in a pack of 6 for about the same price.
If your looking for a good,accurate,forgiving head,then give the montecs a try.
If your looking for a good accurate,forgiving head with the option of replaceable blades then give the Wasp Boss head a try.
Either one,you wont be dissapointed:)

I actually shoot a lot of different heads during a season, and while Muzzys are still one of my favorites I find myself shooting snuffers more and more. The only problem with snuffers is it takes a lot of fletch and tuning to get the hiting where you want and you have to learn to sharpen them. The upside is they are just amazing when it comes to tissue damage and penetration on game.

I started using 100gr 4-blade muzzys when I started bowhunting, the only difference now is that they came out with a PINK one, and that's what I am shooting now. To give you an idea? I shoot about 46# at 25"-not the highest setup on the KE scoreboard. I shot my doe @27 yards, went behind one shoulder, broke the other shoulder and kept going. Double-lunged my buck at 30 yds. Passthroughs. Something I thought I could only dream about until I made it up to a 60 lb bow! I will stick to my muzzy. :)

i shoot 3 blade 125 grn. muzzy's in my bow and they shoot quite well. i haven't shot anything with them but they fly well.

that movie was pretty crazy. the head went through the shoulder. i mean jeese.

mathews babe that's nice to hear about the 46# bow. i'm currently shooting a 45# but i hope to get up to 50# by this season but at the latest next season.

I have shot Muzzy 4 blade heads for 15+ years .
I had 1 head that took 4 deer ( replaced the blades after each) over 2 seasons before I lost it in the river after passing thru deer 4 .
I shoot the 115 gr heads but the 100 gr heads are great also.

I made the trip to the pro shop near mammouth cave Thursday.

I bought 90 grain muzzy 4-blades and a muzzy dz rest. The owner was in agreement with you all about both products. I can't wait to stick my first archery whitetail.
