Got a Turkey
 

Well.....no horns this year:(..but I got me a beard:D

I got invited to hunt some awesome private farmland in Pleasant Valley...and them gobblers where gobbling. Called in lots of nice birds, and this one just came in a little to close;)............

The ole Allegance drew some feathers.................from 43 yards..[:-][:-][:-].........

What a great time...........had a few closer but no shots.....

even had shoe laces on..........lol

and my favorite faded camo shirt;)

Hey, Rack! Good to see your ol' mug back on here! Congrats on the bird!! I had 'em gobbling all around me this year on the one time I got to go out -- all around me on everyone else's property! ;)

Congrats on a great bird! Excellent bow, too! and thanks for the pics.

I do have to say, though, (and I apologize for sounding preachy; I don't mean to be.) I'm not a big fan of shots at that distance. A wise man on another board put it this way, "There's 1000 different things that can happen when you take a shot at that distance, and only one of 'em is good." But then again, maybe he never had a BowTech. :)
