After reading more they arrested the 42 year old man who shot it.

They arrested him for shooting in the city limits ?

How do they know he did that ? Isn't it true they're using that as an excuse to arrest him because he shot, and wounded a turkey ?

They even showed it roosting. I just hate it when the news covers stuff like this. It's such a black eye for us.
I agree!! Alot like the "black eye" us Wisconsin hunters are getting over the feral cat issue.

But hey , apparently there are alot of other hunters who dont feel stuff like this can hurt us.:eek:

It only takes one idiot to ruin it for the rest of us.
That bird was definetly not shot at by a hunter as the arrow is a field point and apparently didn't have enough energy to do a pass through. Nobody hunts with such a weak bow and non-lethal arrows.

Of course this makes real bow hunters look like a bunch of game wounding killjoys.
