RE: Looking at new bow

Do you have a good backup bow right now? If not you might want to consider keeping it for this purpose.

RE: Looking at new bow

I just bought the phoenix 34 and it is the smoothest shooting bow I've ever held. The new darton tempest I had the chance to shoot the other day wasn't as smooth but it was faster. I like both companies real well and want to buy a tempest to shoot 3-D with and keep my parker for hunting.

In all honesty I think you should just go shoot as many different bows as you can and buy what feels the best to you.

I would say Darton has treated you well. Something I would consider on the next purchase.

I agree with TerryM. How can you turn your back on a company that's willing to fix a cracked limb from a dropped bow. Most would say it's your fault and tell you to buy new ones. With service like that I would probably stick with them.
