Yeah, I wonder too.....I know for a headshot, they are great! But, what if my shot is off a little, and I hit the bird in the body? Will I wound the bird, kill it, or not hurt it at all??

I have not tried them, so this is all speculation. Your going to have to shoot an arrow 3 to 4" longe than normal to clear the riser. You will have to limit shots to head shots only, and I cant' see how you could practice enough with the heads to tune your bow, that is before you start breaking blades. Me personaly I will use the same setup I use for other game, tune it well and aim for the body.
