Just so you are not setting yourself up for failure with a certain broadhead choice......
I helped you figure out your probable bow speed last night, and using those figures you are somewhere in the neighborhood of 55ft lbs of KE, possibly less.

A 560gr arrow at 220fps is 60ft lbs of KE. Your speed is most definitely less than this.
You MIGHT, and I say MIGHT, be getting 210fps with your 560gr arrow, and if you are you are getting 55ft lbs of KE.

Plan for an arrow broadhead combination for a KE level more in line with 55ft lbs or less.

matt but with the 2215 i would probly be getting around 255- 265fps range, im not going to use the 2219. What broadhead do you recomend?

Where are you getting the 255-265 range from?

I told you at best you might get around 250 with the 2215 which is 60ft lbs of KE. That IMO would be the absolute top end that you'd most likely see. Don't be shocked to see 240's with that weight arrow.

Don't err on the high side just make yourself feel better about the numbers.....in other words don't create numbers for your set-up because that's what you want them to be. You'll be setting yourself up potentially to be using a broadhead that might not be the 'Best' choice for you and your set-up. Don't use a particular head because it might work, or should work for you......choose one that WILL work. Of course shot placement is of utmost importance with ANY broadhead, but you want one that will work on that "Not so perfect" shot as well.

Your set-up will most likely be generating like I said , about 55ft lbs of KE. If you make a broadhead choice around this level you will be making a better choice overall IMO.

Matt dont you subtract 4 fps for every 25 grains of arrow weight? Thanks im not trying to start a war here i just want to get my arrow and head selected so i have time to practice. THanks

No, not even close actually......with that model you are losing only 1fps for every 6.25grs of arrow weight which is impossible with today's technology.

Most single cams lose somewhere in the neighborhood of 1fps for every 2-2.5grs of arrow weight added. Each cam system will be a little different, but most including your LX's cam system should fall somewhere between 2 and 3grs.
Very effecient cam systems will normally be in the 3gr+ range.
I think I gave your bow 1fps for every 2.5grs of arrow weight.

every time i calc i keep getting around 260 fps. Why does this not seem right to you i have a speedcam. SE/PD is 1.30 or above, shouldn't i have 60 k. e. or am i just dumb.

Well, the best way to figure KE is to weigh your arrows and shoot through a chrono. Then plug your info to www.bowjackson.com Since your Ke figure is in dispute:D and considering that these choices work for most setups I would go with Rocky Snypers, Rocket Steelheads, Rocky traditions, etc. Smaller 2 and 3 blade mechanicals under 1 1/4" in diameter work well with lower KE setups. They key is to only use as much heads as you can while still getting complete pass throughs. I would take Matt's advice as he shoots a lot of mechanical heads and knows what he is talking about. To be honest the heads listed are not bad choices for anyone.
