So, anyone see who the fastest AMO bow in 2004 was? Thats right....
![]() The Oneida Black Eagle is the only bow in a year or so to break the 235 fps AMO mark. AMO requires a 540 gr arrow, 60lb @ 30” draw according to the April issue of Bowhunting World magazine. :) :) :) |

I know you were kidding, but Oneida didnt do the testing, Bowhunting World magazine did. Nice try though! :)

I love my Black Eagle. It will be the last compound I buy. It's fast and smooth. Sure it maybe a little louder the other bows but I have never had a problem with it. Heck with my Tomcat, a really loud bow, I dropped a whole family one morning. On a side note, while standing at the ready waiting for that perfect shot, the lower limb slips comfortly in your front pocket taking most of the weight off of your shooting arm. Can you do the same with your bow?
