I use the Arizona EZ Fletch. It works great for me. I can fletch up a dozen arrows in about an hour.

They just came out with vanes conected to a kind of shrink tube and you just heat with hot water and thet stay on. I don't know who makes them,I usually don't like this sort of hoky things but this looked like it might be OK My buddy owns a archery shop and he seams to like them --Really nice on trips always have hot water.

Sounds like they would only be good for fall away or biscuit rests.
