Boy now that's a loaded question.
I guess it all depends on your set up and how much the draw weight is and how long the pull is. Then you pick an arrow with the correct spine and go from there. I am not sure what the "minimun weight" is or even if there is one. I will let someone else with more knowledge on that subject answer that. You will probably hear many different arrow weights that can do the job and as long as they have enough energy behind them they should be fine. The most important thing being shot placement.
As far as my arrows, I just had them weighed and they are 553grn and 35in long from knoc to tip of broadhead (Thunderhead 100)
