good fletching instructions

Anybody got a link to some good fletching instructions? I have a dozen shafts to fletch with QuickSpins on a Grayling fletcher. Any tips? I don't know how offsets and helical works, to be honest. I have never requested helical, and I assumed all fletching was 120*. Where is the offset measured from. Can the Grayling be used to make them offset? Do I need it with the Quickspins? Any advice would be helpful.

RE: good fletching instructions

I make sure that they are all the same. Helical will cause the arrow to spin faster. I don't believe quick spins need any. Helical also slows the arrow but causes it to stabilizes quicker. Helical also can cause rest problems. How important is it, I don't know. In bow tuning, bare shafts and fletched shafts are to hit the same spot, you decide. I leave my fletchings 3/4- 1" above the nock grove with a little right helical.
