buying new bow question(adjustments)
 

Thanks to the previous answers to draw lengths. Have one more.

When buying a bow that has a draw length say 28" and has 1/4" inch adjustments does it go up to 29" or down to 27" or set somewhere in the middle and go both ways?

Depends on the bow, many now come with over an inch of draw length adjustment and will say the range on the limb sticker. Some older ones, such as PSE Maxi-cams, were marked as 28 (or whatever) and would ajust up 1/2 and down 1/4 inch.

I'm not sure about other manufacturers but with pse they will swap out or sell you new module which will adjust from 26" to as much as 30".

Is there a specifice bow you have or are looking at?
