Yup, I feel that way about all poachers in general. What they kill matters little to me.

Like most it really distrubs me that this beautiflu buck was taken illegally.

Bottom line it still was taken illegally. Regardless if he was in college or in the guard if he took it illegally he should be held accountable for his actions. If he shot it say in August would it still be ok, because of his educational or military status?
