Funny thing I forgot to mention. His truck would not start after we took the pics, and by then it was around midnight. So we pushed his truck in front of my house and I covered the rack up with an old sweatshirt, one side was barely peaking out. Next morning a couple of guys I know happened to come by and asked me how "I" got him. It was tempting to start storytelling[8D].......but I resisted! Besides, its really about the animal and not the hunter. Later on Eric came by, got his truck started right up and off to the checkin station/meat processor he went. They caped the buck out immediately and he made arrangements for a local taxidermist to get him mounted. It will be a few months but I can't wait to see how he looks on Eric's wall.
