Here is a link to ODNR wildlife areas . You can pick from a state forests , wildlife areas ,coal land ,Mead paper ,Ohio Power or Wayne National Forest ,there are some that I forgot.
You can down load maps or call 1 800 WILDLIFE and they will send you free maps (10 per call , more cost shiping, I call 2-3 times a day some times )and you can sign up over the phone for free permits for Mead Paper land and Ohio Power land.
There is lots of hunting land in E ,SE ,S and S centeral with other areas scattered thru out the rest of the state.
Where will you be at ?
I live nere Toledo (West end of lake Erie) and hunt around there and in Vinton ,Athens and Hocking counties in southern Ohio
Post where you will be or E-mail me and I may be able to point you in the right direction.
