I shot this guy on Nov 14th 2004 about 1/2 a mile from my house on my father-in laws land in SW MN. My biggest thus far! I still have a Doe tag but haven't been trying real hard for her.

I also shot this Moose this year in the Boundary waters in Northern MN.

Yes, grats on such a beautiful buck BHD. I can see why you've not been workin too hard on that doe tag after such a successful season

I have a doe this year. I held out for a P&Y class buck this year and didn't get a shot at one. I passed up a bunch of smaller bucks, one being a 115'ish 6 pointer I probably should have taken. Oh well, I have one more day to hunt.

Nice buck Bird Hunt Dog, that's a dandy. I have in-laws in the SW corner of Minnesota. They have been after me to come visit. Maybe I'll go down there next year and bowhunt a bit.

I hunted for the last time this morning. I have to work the next three days. I didn't get anything this year. Only got to draw one one, yesterday. And I'm not sure just what the hell happened. I'm not sure I could have missed worse if I'd turned around and faced the other direction.

I do have some venison in the freezer from party hunting during slug season.

I did get some permission to some new land this year. Not until mid December, but it is crawling with deer sign, and I can't wait until I get it scouted better and get to drag one out next fall
