In Texas, the guy would've been committing a felony trespass. I like gibblet's idea, but I'd definitely follow through and file a tresspassing report with the game warden and sherrif.

I like the idea of letting him know that some idiot was on your property and you dont like it.Ask him to keep an eye open for this guy and if he see's him to call you so you can get ahold of the ministry.This guy will definately help you if it wasn't him,or he will DEFINATELY get the point that you mean business.He dosn't have to know you know it was him,he knows the truth.

I would confront him in a mild way. Like fastfire said try not to piss off your neighbors. You never know how they might retaliate. Remember, he knows where you live and where u hunt. You may not have a stand left by the time he gets dunn.

I wouldn't let him know anything.

I'd call the cops while the tracks are still fresh and send him up for all the time I could press for.

Did he call you and warn you he would be tresspassing and ruining your hunt tonight? He's a thief stealing the use of your land at the very least.
