I had my bow sited in early in the season when the temperature was in the 70s. I practiced yesterday, temperatures in the 20s, was grouping up and right of the bulls eye by 6" at 30 yards. It also appeared that the alignment may have changed, as the arrows appeared to have some wobble.

I am wondering if:
- the colder temperature is changing the bow alignment
- arrows fly differently in colder temperature
- my sites got bumped

Has anyone else seen this? Thanks,

-Rick C.

Maybe they got bumped but remember everything is suceptable to expansion and contraction. A 16th or 32nd could cause the point of impact to vary in proportion to the distance of the shot. Hey that sounded good.:D

wouldnt arrow woble be an effect of his centershot being off at the rest??

I have had similar problems and my advice is to continue shooting for some time until you can confirm a change. It could be a change in your personal setup (the way you look at your sights) that will pass or it could stick. I have never been able to prove that my bow setup has ever changed but I have had to change my sights after several practice sessions failed to bring my shots back to the bull. Not much help but it is my 2 cents worth.

Rick, There is nothing wrong with your arrows. You bow limbs are reacting to the cold weather. The limb construction of limbs with more fiberglass than carbon will stiffen in the cold and this will stiffen the arrow flight. This is why you are getting this hight right arrow flight and asuming your a right handed shooter.;)
