Summit Viper question
I have the Summit Viper XLS. The tree that I climb is too small for 3 plugs in, yet it is too big for 4 plugs in. When I have 3 plugs in the stand leans down, with 4 plugs the stand leans up. Could I put 3 plugs in on one side and 4 plugs in on the other, or would it not be stable?

RE: Summit Viper question
Hey Zak....
3 on one, 4 on the other is fine... I've done that too and I'm 205 lbs and never had a problem. My Viper holds me securely without a problem at all. [8D] Butch A. |

RE: Summit Viper question
That's the beauty of the cable. Now if it was a solid v-shaped bite bar, then no. They should be even.

am 255lbs and i do all kinds of things to the stand in the dark I am not aware of Zak, its a great stand, but you will need to replace the cable after a year or two. Just contact will woller with summit stands and he will hook you up. He was in the monster bucks 12 on a hunt at the milk river, he is a great guy. Mike |
