What are you talking about? You live in IL, all you have to do is lob and arrow into the woods and you're bound to hit a B&C buck!

Yes, it is. Actually it is a bolt hole since the animal was taken with a crossbow. I thought they mentioned the neck shot in the article but I may have been mistaken. I may have gleaned that bit of information from one of the other forum threads on it.

But yet another example of bad photography, especially when it appears in a newspaper. Let's hope the one that appeared did the hunter a little more justice. That is a great buck but not surprising when it comes to the burbs of a major city like Philly or Pitt....

There have certainly been some impressive animals to come from PA this season. Let's hope that this is the start of a new trend! Of course, I don't think I really care.... I would just like to keep all you guys in the East!!! ;):D

come out to where i hunt. i havent been able to lob an arrow yet and ive easily put in the hours to do so. AND i never pass up on any deer no matter what the size
