First Deer!
 

I dropped my first doe last evening. I was hunting behind my house and I heard it come right up behind me. I waited till it passed and shot it from about 10 yards. Took me a while to track it (first time). I'm pumped!

I dont have a digital camera but ill try to borrow one from a friend. On my property, theres a tunnel going under a main road for a small creek. Most every night, the deer come right through there but this is the first good shot i've gotten.

The feild dressing was pretty messy. I actually brought it back to the house and set up a vcr and watched the section in my "nj hunters education video" about field dressing as I did it.
