IL Hunters

I am in need of the Landowner Liability/Permission Sheets offered by the IDNR, but I can't seem to find them. I searched the DNR site everywhere and did not find anything. Can any of you help me?

i looked and could not find it on the dnr site but i got mine from hunters safety course . do you know anyone that has taken it recently or that teaches it . i have extras if it would help i could snail mail one to you
