Is this scent a good product?

Pete Rickard's Original Indian Buck Lure - Has anyone ever had any experience with this product whether good or bad?

Also, will "buck lures" -or- "hot scrape" scents spook does?

And which product would you recommend for either sex and at which times of the year?

I try not to over-do-it with the scent thing. I use doe urine for a cover type scent. I then use doe in heat(Special Golden Estrus) urine during the rut for a cover type scent. If you set up in the right spot you shouldn't need too much scent! I believe too much scent could hurt your hunt. JMO!

No experience with that product!

I have had does and small bucks shy away from doe in heat lures!

I Tried Tinks 69 Doe In Rut And Had Several Bucks Walk Right By It With No Respose What So Ever. However, I Have Used Code Blue Tarsal Gel And Had Good Results. Good Luck!

I use Rush Creek's doe urine for cover and dragging a scent rag behind. Rush Creek also has a great doe in estrous scent product. Although I do put out scent bombs at times, I prefer dragging the scent behind as I make entry towards my stand.
