THey were marked down to $500, and having a 2005 bow means nothing to me. I have never shot a quiter and smoother bow than this.
Any one have pros or cons against them, cause I can take it off layaway if it isnt all I think it is?

My dad has one. He likes it a lot. I just got my Outback this year, and mine is definatly quieter, even without limb savers, or string leeches, but its a great bow. I have found that i will probably never buy a Hoyt, because they have a really skinny grip, and i have big hands. I felt that the Mathews felt great in my hand, and the Razertec and Xtec both felt really uncomfortable. If you like the feel of the Razortec, then go for it because its a great bow.

I understand that the Razortec won't be on the Hoyt roster this year. Pity, because it's a fine bow. However, that shouldn't stop you from buying one, especially since you can get a great price.
Mind you, I'm kind of biased. I shoot a Razortec and just love it. Although it's a pretty short axle-axle bow, I use it for 5 spots, field events, and 3D as well as hunting. In just over a year, I've probably put 12,000 shots through it. No problems, quiet as can be, same string it came with, plenty fast enough, no other sign of excessive wear or fatigue.
Like Sharpshot, I have pretty big hands - maybe not as big as his, but big. However, I do like the little grip on the Hoyt. I also have a Mathews, which I am also fond of, but I don't like its grip as well.
So, what's the answer? You seem to like how it feels to you and that's the most important thing. If it feels good, I doubt that you will ever be disappointed with it.
