I don't think you do anything until you see or hear evidence that he has in fact poached something. At that point you either make an anonymous call or leave it alone, whatever your conscience says you need to do. I honestly don't think I would intervene unless it was a blatant egregious violation of the law since you will most likely lose your hunting spot.

[:'(]I'm more conflicted than you all know... Not only would I lose my ONLY hunting spot, but it's such a small spot that his screwing around could ruin it for me for the rest of the year... [:@]

Part II, JMO. . . .While it may not be what others are suggesting here. . . .we need to teach the young and sometimes not so young on these forums by setting a proper example. So. . . .even though you may loose a hunting spot the RIGHT thing to do is find a way to make him stop.
