For those in Ohio and PA who may hang the bow for a while
For anyone in Ohio and PA who are hanging up the bow for a week or two to hunt the Gun season. Good luck, be safe and say a few words when you get on stand for those involved in the Wisconsin Tragidy.
If things go well and I score on a nice Buck, I will pick up the bow to try and fill my doe tag.
I'm close to getting outta here (work) for 11 days!

15 more minutes of work, and then it's playtime. Off until Thursday.
Can't wait until I finally sit down in my stand on PA opening morning (with a little luck, that will happen about 20 minutes before first light)
This should be a hunting season for the ages. Good Luck to all, and wear your safety belts. Everybody post your hunting photos - always good to put some faces with the names.
Treat your landowners, fellow hunters, your quarry and YES, even your trespassers with respect and dignity. Good deeds don't go unnoticed.

Good luck all. If I am fortunate enough to take a doe with the revolver, I'll pull the bow back out for the rest of the season, and try and fill a couple more doe tags.
Be safe, good luck, and remember its only a deer, no need to do something stupid.

I have filled my buck tag and a antlerless urban tag with the bow so far . I am heading for a 3 deer county . I may hunt right through the gun season with my bow ,just have to wear some orange. But they are calling for rain monday so I probely will hunt with the pistol if the weather sucks.

Not just an OH thing.........I'll be out with the Bow on Monday's opener as well.
Just wish I didn't have to wear that orange......boy does that kill the ASAT style.
