Best time for Texas?

I am looking to book a hunt in Texas. Can anyone give me advice on the best time to hunt there? Any other information will also be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What part of Texas are you looking to hunt? For the Northern 1/2 of the state it's happening right now, and for another week or so. Can't speak for South or West Texas.
