Well it finally happened. Something I thought would never happen to me, I'm to safe. Thanks to my harness, no harm, no foul, except I no I will be sore in the morning. Stood up and turned wrong on my stand, the sudden jolt when you hit the end of your laniard is the worst part, but hitting the ground would have been a lot worse. Remember folks wear your harness, it might save your life.

Glad to hear you had your harness on ,it wouldn't have been a pleasent stop if ypou had hit the ground. At least you can heal from your sore rib's .

I've fallen and been lucky...but now wear a harness every time I get into a stand.

Now that is the kind of story I like to hear if someone has to fall out of a tree stand. I'm very happy to hear that you had the harness one. Sore ribs will heal. A broken neck will not. I'll bet your family is also very happy. Good luck the rest of the season and keep that belt tight.

glad to hear that you are ok rattlem. good thing you were wearing your harness or something worse could have happened. i probably should wear mine but i dont want to make all the noise putting it on.
