Where would you hunt? (ariel photo)
 

This entire plot is public land, and I'm looking for your opinions on where a good place to start looking would be. That is a 250 acre lake, and the rest is mostly mountains.

Depending on the terrain at either end of the lake, I might would use the ends of the lake as a funnel.

I like Pinkerton knob at the top of the pic. If I were a rutting buck I'd own that hill. It's tough to tell what is really there though as far as cover and food. That will also play into how the huntng will be but I'd start my scouting there.
