Scent Bomb Idea
 

Just wondering what you guys use for scent bombs in the woods. I usually use old film cans with cotton in them. Last night when I was at work a guy was telling me he takes his wifes tampons and dips them in scent puts a couple of them on the ground a as range markers and hangs some from trees. He said they hold up real good and its something around the house that he has. Kinda funny he said that she was complaining that it was gross to be using them (thats when i thought that he was using used ones, and was thinking he was sick too.) But he said that it would be gross if he put them back in the package for her to use when she needs them. So yes they are new ones.

Thought that i would pass it on and see what you guys had for ideas of things around the house to use

This season I'm using my son's empty baby food jars with cotton balls inside. :D

you need to try the tinks smoking sticks, I had to bucks come to them the other day and both were sniffing around, one made a scrape just before he got an arrrow stuck through his rib cage

I didn't even know cotton had legs... how'd you get them apart?[&:]

I've used the unscented tampons - they work great as markers or for scent drags. Plus they already have strings attached.

they're cheap , hold a lot of liquid, and I love playing with women's heads when I buy them . They really lock up when you ask for their assistance choosing some ! I love the look they get on their faces when I ask if they come in deer size , or when I ask them to describe how they work . Most of them turn beet red , but a lot of them "cowboy up" and give it a try ! :D]
