Welcome to the board! When you start shooting again, take it easy on that shoulder! I tore my rotator cuffs nearly 5 years ago and still have problems with them today. I was in PT for nearly 3 months as well. The nurse made me laugh when she gave me a 2 pound weight to lift straight up from my side. I couldn't believe that I wasn't able to lift it!

I feel your pain man! Heal well, only 7-8 more months till your season opens up!
