I in no way intend to skimp. That's why I posted the question in the first place -- the one I got looked kinda cheesy and that's not what I want. You are right. The break the bank part of the question was phrased incorrectly. I was more referring to purchasing a quality harness and not spending more than I had to. I've seen the Hunter Safety System and the Seat of the Pants. Both look much better than what I have. But when I can get a Hunter Safety System for around $90, why would I buy one with no more features for more money. I don't want to skimp, but I don't want to get ripped off either. Thanks for all the ideas. I think I'll return the WallyWorld special look for something that I can use when climbing too. |

If you can make it down to Cabelas in PA, the "Bargain Barn" area has SOP harnesses for 10 bucks.
