Well, I have a GOAL set for myself...
 

I emailed Michigan Big Game REcords, and they told me that ON RECORD, the Largest TYPICAL BOW KILLED Whitetail , from my County is 155 1/8. So now I have to find a BIG ONE and Make him my Obsession..

Maybe there have been bigger ones shot than that, but they were never score or recored..

Non Typical is 166 2/8.

I guess I need to do some SERIOUS SCOUTING in the DEEP WOODS.. Cuz where i come from,, If you see a 150 class buck, its usually a BULLSH*T STORY

I think it's great to have goals, just realize how tough it might be and don't be upset if you fail.

I dont expect to do it this year. I first have to find a potential Buck, and hope to get to know him better.. and hope he grows bigger and doesnt get shot

Can't agree with you more trbotsi We all hope to someday get a chance to break the record, but unfortunately it may never happen. It does give us something to focus on a little more on every season, but it should never be considered a failure.
