Help me get fired up about bow season!!!
 

The archery season here in Alabama starts nxt. Fri. I've been real busy the last week or so getting my stands up, scouting, getting permits, etc. I am a little excited about it starting soon but it is not like it usually is. Give me some words of encouragement Guys. Thanks, Scott Woody

Thanks guys!!! I think I'm back in the groove now. I checked a stand today that I put up right before hurricanne Ivan came through and when I got back to the truck, I drove up the dirt road a little ways and turned around. When I got close to where I had parked I saw the butt end of a deer going into the woods that my stand is in. This was around 11:30. That pretty well did the trick!!!!:D

I'm afraid if you can't get up for this season's deer hunt after reading of all the great deer that have been already taken this season , I don't think that there's much more we can say that can help you out.
