RE: What do you all bring up the tree with you??
I go out real light since I hunt public lands and state forests with easy access in/out.
Inventory
My old PSE bow w/ 3 or 4 arrows in the quiver.
RealTree camo and Cabela's rubber hunting boots.
My new Summit Viper X4 climber (I love this stand! )
Seat o' the pants harness, (ropes, bungies, etc... tied to stand)
Small fanny pack
Gloves, headnet, small bottle of scent spray, Primos 5-in-1 grunt call, compass, cell phone (turned off), buck knife, wallet, car keys, my dad's old 1973 pocketknife (he carried it everywhere he went), and maybe some snacks if there room.

I use the primos bowhunter vest. I have my compact nikon binos's, nikon 600 rangefinder. true talker, the can, flashlight with spare batteries, wind checker, small folding saw, ratchet pruners, primetime natural doe urine, small bottle of scent killer, earth scent wafers, chemical warmers, extra limb lights for marking trails, marking ribbon in case of hit, and a big smile on my face because I"m huntin. Whew, that's about it. Good luck this season and aim for the boiler room. Bhunter32.

I try to carry as little as possible:
2004 Reflex Buckskin w/cam and 1/2 29" Draw 67lbs
Gold tip arrows w/broadheads
Clothes/Boots/Gloves
I keep my quiver separate from my bow
Hardwood Grunt
Something to drink
The Can bleat
A Sharp Knife
Scent Machine
Homemade scent remover
Tags/License
Release
20ft worth of nylon twine(you never know)
cell phone(off)
montana decoy(trying it next time I go out)
handwarmers/footwarmers(in cold lengthy conditions)
I usually take about 70% of this stuff with me.
I carry it all in a cheap small daypack.

A back pack(thinking of switching to a belt pack): water bottle, pee bottle, gutting bag(folding knife, bandana, plastic gloves, extra bag for the heart), the can, true talkinger, small first aide kit w/matches, pencil, journal, extra screw in tree steps, screw in bow holder(2), drag rope.
This is what I have now, it changes when it gets cold or the rut(add sents)

Fanny pack with an unopened bottle of water, emergency blanket. Cell phone(off). Matches, just switched from a folding saw to a flexisaw. Candy bar or two. Beef Jerky. thick rubber gloves for guttin. in the winter I might have some poptarts in my bag as well. It's jammed. I'll have my grunt in my pocket, bino's around my neck. Rattlebag this time of year. two knives My spyderco which I carry all the time and I just replaced my folding hunting knife with a buckbuster. I've been wanting one for a while and since they started mass producing them instead of making them by hand I was able to pick one up at Wal-mart. Oh and scent and an led flashlight. Wow that sounds like a lot of stuff.....what can I do without.....
