Whats your biggest deer with a bow?
 

Whats your biggest deer you've killed with a bow? I've killed two spikes and they weighed around 110lbs, what's your biggest?

largest was an 8 pt. 123 lbs.
farily large rack for my area,maybe 105 pts.on the horns.
I don't really measure horns because we don't have large horns,a 125 is big in my area.

I guess you're talking body size and not score,so my biggest bodied buck to date field dressed 260#.I stalked the big mature buck in his bed on Oct. 29 1999 and made a perfect 27 yard shot to put the big boy down for the count.

My biggest deer both body and rack, i took just this last year. Field dressed on the scale at 195 lbs. and had 11 points that scored 153 5/8 P&Y.

I shot an eight pointer this year on Thanksgiving that weighed 165 pounds dressed, over 200 live. He would have been close to 125 if he hadn't had broken some off of a main beam.

140 inch 10 pointer
four in the 130s
taken a lot in the 125s range

I have 2 that I like to brag about. Both were taken from the same tree stand 2 years apart. While I didn't get a scale weight on either one both took about 1 1/2 hours to drag out the 150 yards to were we could drive. I would put them at a legitimate 190 field dressed. Both scored just over 150 net with the largest going 170 plus gross. Both also were unusally wide with one going 28 1/8 and the other 27 1/2 inside spread. Havn't come close to anything like that since. Both provided huge thrills that I will never forget.

Wow! You all have taken some nice bucks with a bow, I haven't even killed them that big with my rifle! But I'm only 13 so I'm just getting started. Well good luck next year.

i have one that is 28-1/2&quot; spread, one 49-3/4 and a 40 incher all pretty mediocre but still trophies to me ......but these &quot;deer&quot; are ak-yukon moose <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

My first and biggest i have ever shot was a 9 point buck

I've only shot 1... about a 120-130 pound doe

The heaviest buck I ever shot with a bow....135&quot; 10 point....285# field dressed. Taken in Illinois. It took three guys and a bunch of cussing, just to get him on the back of a quad!

135 lbs field dressed 8 point, scores around 107 P&Y.

A 12 Pt that scored 151 6/8 and probably went close to 200 dressed. BTW Big Country is tellin the truth! (fer once) that SOB was a big un!

8 Poiniter Went 195 lbs. field dressed Monroe County PA.

Mine was 210 lbs dressed weight. 166 2/8 Net P&Y measurement. He is in the Pope & Young book under 1988 Typical entries at that time. He ended up 2nd largest &quot;registered&quot; bowkilled deer in Minnesota for 1988.

8 point (dressed) 165lbs shot him 20 yards, with my Jennings Buckmaster and 85 grain thunderheads on a Easton A/C/C arrow

175 pound, typical 8 point, 16&quot; wide, gross 125, shot in 2000 in Kansas with a compound.

the bigest doe i have ever harvested was a 222 pound monster.the biggest bucks i have ever taken were a 12 point 176 bc,12 point 158,16 point 157 bc,a 13 point 149 bc ,14 point a 146,a 9 point 144 bc ,a 10 point 142 and 12 others that range 108 to a 136 and the deer i toof this year is a 8 point monster that has 26 inside spread he will go in the upper 140's,the most memorable one is the one my 8 year old daughter took this year a 8 point that will be in the 120's i have never been so excited in my life as watching her take that one.what kind i say i love to hunt mature deer.
