Please Help

Will someone please tell me how to get a picture posted I have had it done once but I had to e-mail it to someone and can't remember the name. Please HELP;)

If the image is under 100 kb, you can simply click in the little "Embed picture in post" box below the reply box, click on "Click here to upload", then navigate to the image on your harddrive. If it's close to 100kb, you can probably trim it down so that it complies. If not, try this link:
