RE: Ted Turner's land.
I seen on a different forum that he was anti-hunting.That's why he was buying all the property,so he could "protect them from harm" And I think he supports the PETA nimrods.

RE: Ted Turner's land.
If Ted Turner reintroduces top level predators like wolves, cougars and grizzlies to keep his herds in check, then I think he will have a reasonably successful private game preserve. In reality, he might have a difficult time keeping the animals on his land unless he builds a monumental perimeter fence. Maybe he is trying to establish a private "Yellowstone" for his own enjoyment.

RE: Ted Turner's land.
I do know that some of the land he owns in Montana he has limited access to hunt cow elk and one area he owns there is a youth and a handicap permit that can be applied for threw a drawing and if a person gets the permit its basicaly a guided hunt by his staff but you have a chance for big bull.

RE: Ted Turner's land.
He owns Vermerjo Park in New Mexico, it is a 70,000 acre hunting ranch. So I guess his stance is prohunting.

RE: Ted Turner's land.
go to activistcash.com and see how ted turner spends his money. This gut is major trouble along with his wife. They give money to fringe animal rights groups that support "doing whatever it takes to protect" animals rights
