Could deer...

Build up a defense to wounds? You know how plants in the past have evolved into toxic plants so the animals wouldn't eat them. I was laying in my room one night and thinking about this: Could deer eventually evolve and become immune to arrow wounds. Over time would their vitals shift between their shoulder blades? (That may be a new reason for a faster bow.:D Mabey Len has thought about this and that is why he took that shoulder shot?;) Just messing with you Len.) Do you think it could happen or do you think they would stay the way they are to control their population? This has me stumped and if it is true, It is called the Zak Effect ©. Pat. # 7852425874 :D

Nope, not buying in on that one...deer are build the same as they have been and the same as most four legged creatures...in fact, put humans on all fours and we're not that far off....animals do evolve but deer certainly haven't evolved because of the bow and arrow.....

I wont say it could never happen considering all African game has there vitals up farther in the chest cavity then deer . But I doubt it.

Hmmmmmm.......I'll have to think on that one.......Ok...thought about it.....NOPE........Not buying into that theory but think about this one......they could be sending you telepathic messages just to make you think that causing you to second guess your shot and miss..... :D

No because I think all species have to be prone to this danger to evolve for hundreds even thousands of years. All animals in Africa face danger from lions etc. they have for as long as they have been existant. All deer don't get shot with arrows and when they do they die, so how do would they adapt. Even if it was possible I don't think it could happen for hundreds or thousands of years.

Well lets see, as early as 100 years ago deer did not used to be as nocturnal as they are now. Thats some quick evelution. I would think anything is possible over enough time. And not only do they become active at night, but their eyes have developed to be able to see better at night.

Zak, the first step is to admit you have a drug problem.;):D I am sure they will not need to be doing any adjustments on the vitals area for 3-d deer targets in our life time.

Maybe they'll get extra large platelets in their blood to clot faster;). Deer are resilient creatures but the are no match for a well placed broadhead. Maybe in 10,000 years they'll adapt but I'm not so worried about that.

Could this be where the void zone came from?
