RE: BowTech blackhawk2 ?

I inquired about that bow when I bought my Patriot. I've never shot one myself. For what its worth the fellow that I purchased my bow from used to work for Bowtech and he said the Blackhawk 2 isn't for everyone. He said that its pretty unforgiving and you need really good form to be effective with it.

**** Whoops, I take that back. After re-reading the post I realized your talking about the Blackhawk2 not the BlackKnight **** Dis-regard anything I said above.

The Blackhawk 2 is a very nice bow, at a lower price point than the rest of the BowTech line. At 29" ATA, it may not be for everyone. Draw length is only 20-26". The strings are not of the same quality as the other BowTechs, but still good, and it uses the Rascal cam. As for not being forgiving, the ATA may be short but, the brace height is 7 1/2". If you're looking for a less expensive bow, The Blackhawk 2 fits the bill.
