Bear TRX draw weight adjustment very hard

meaning I can't do it.... The shop put it on the scale and said it was at 70, which is fine by me, but I cant adjust it either way, down or up... doesnt matter I suppose, but am I missing something?

If you want to change the weight take it to the shop and have them press the bow. After they take the strings and cables off you can work the limb bolts loose again. They probably froze up from getting the bow wet or leaving it in a wet enviroment such as a basement. Good luck.

H80, I've got a TRX thats 2 years old and I had the same problem when I first got it but what it was is there is an allen screw that you loosen prior to loosening/tightening the main torch bolt. My other bows never had this so it was an oversight on my part. Its covered in the owners manauel, but who has time to read them. ;) Bobby
