Do you risk taking pictures from your stand?

I really don't want to shoot anything but a true brute this year in September or early October, because it shortens the season and the warm weather doesn't give you much of an opportunity to relax after the shot and reflect. You just have to rush it get it processed. So I was thinking about taking my 35mm camera with me to snap pictures of the bucks I see. Does this run the risk of ruining your stand site?

I take my 35mm or my digital and my video when i hunt. I have not had any problems with scaring anything off. I like to shoot deer with my canon.
