Need info on Bear Black Panther Bow
 

Hey guys, what can you tell me about the Bear Black Panther Bow? There's one at a local pawn shop and my brother is thinking about getting it.

Is that a recurve? If it's the one I'm thinking about, it's the same bow as the Bear Grizzly, just with different markings. They sold it thru Montgomery Wards.

No, it's a compound. Says Bear on the top limb and Black Panther on the bottom one. Is that what you were thinking? Or were you thinking recurve? If compound, any opinions?

Nope, I was thinking recurve. I had one of those some years back and wish I still had it. Had no idea Bear used the same name on a compound, but it doesn't suprize me.

Bear compounds, if they have metal wheels instead of plastic, are usually fairly decent.
