Ideas...

very good chunk of CRP on the N end that contains several rows of planted trees (part of his quail conservation effort) running East/West just south of the road....then a pretty good sized area of sporadic, but thick tree groves, then south of that is a good size creek that runs E/West, with a few finger's that work their way into the North timber.....

This is the area I have permission to hunt, and on the south side of the creek is a very large area of thick timber, with another good sized chunk of CRP to its south, which goes to the road. North of 'my land' is all crops with zippo for timber....

How do you guys see it (if you can visualize)?

well from what i can see i might need more info but i would put a stand on one of those fingers you are talking about next to the creek.
