is the martin cougar III a good bow what would you rank it with all other bows like mathews,hoyt ect.

Ive got one and yes its an excelent bow, mines 28 " an 60 lbs with the dynacam and straight limbs . I am look'n to sell it and will take 275 plus shiping if you are lookn for one , and its close to your specs .

If I could aford a new 2004 Martin Cougar III at this time I would jump on the chance to own one..... they are a sweet shooting bow.;)

I wouldn't rank them with a Hoyt... But a Pse Jennings.
Been Around a long time and would think these Bows are/would be great. Own a Lynx had to modify this to the Z-cams from Round wheels and They were great. If you got the opperutnity and like it jump. Good luck |

Well, lets put it this way. I'm shooting a SlayR at the present time, but am considering the Cougar for my next bow right after hunting season. And being as I have gotten off the single cam roll I'm going to order the Nitrous cams, both for speed and the fact that they actually draw easier than the Dynacam. Of course I'll get the 36" model with Magnum limbs. I'm too much into having accuracy to get the short version.
