I wouldn't rank them with a Hoyt... But a Pse Jennings.
Been Around a long time and would think these Bows are/would be great.
Own a Lynx had to modify this to the Z-cams from Round wheels and They were great.
If you got the opperutnity and like it jump.
Good luck

Well, lets put it this way. I'm shooting a SlayR at the present time, but am considering the Cougar for my next bow right after hunting season. And being as I have gotten off the single cam roll I'm going to order the Nitrous cams, both for speed and the fact that they actually draw easier than the Dynacam. Of course I'll get the 36" model with Magnum limbs. I'm too much into having accuracy to get the short version.

In my opinion the Cougar line is top notch.

For shootability and performance I definitely would rank them with any bow. Perhaps not as pleasing to the eye, but performance is what we really want right?

No way , thouse nitrous cams are stout , and the dyna is much smoother . I shoot it both ways , ordered it with nitrous cams , and it was too much for me . Sent it to crackers on archery talk and he switched it to a dynacam , and its smooth as butter , and lots quieter . The nitrous cams are reel fast Ill give you that , but your shoulder will pay .
