I would have to agree with adams on this. First I would use a straight helical. I know you said you tried this but I would go back to it. Once you have the straight helical then I would center the nock up and down and center the rest left and right. It sounds like your rest is in too far or out too far and your nock point it too high or too low. Either try this or do what I did. Throw the WB in the trash and buy an MZE:D sorry I couldn't resist;)

Maybe feathers and the biscuit don't work well together. I use a biscuit without feathers and love it.
