What type of stabilizer... Is it worth it?

I have leeches and limb savers... my question is:

Are stabilizers worth the price?

What type should I get for my Hoyt ?

thanks for the help

The original purpose of a stabilizer is to balance the bow better and to reduce torque. However, must now do infact reduce vibration and noise. If your unsure if they are worth the price, head to a pro shop and try out a few different stabilizers on your bow and then make your decision

I went with the trophy ridge Stabilzer and deffiantely saw a differece in my shooting. It did in fact help stabilize my bow and helped me shoot much better right away. A big plus is that it also quiets my bow down a bit and takes away a little shock.

Try with a few and without. My bow shoots almost the same without. I don't hunt with one. Your bow is lighter and it doesn't ever get in the way.

Good Luck!

Doinker D2 plus shorty hunter is short enough to never get in the way, i think it sticks just a tad bit past my sight, but it dampens a ton of hand shock and vibration. for 45 bucks, a must have IMHO.

I had a Vibracheck Isolator for my BT Dually this season ,but I got a new Stealth stabilizer as well and I like the Stealth the best of the 2. There wasn't anything wrong with the Isolator either but the Stealth seemed to take a little more vib's out of the bow than the Isolator.I think a stabilizer is a must and they really do work.

Where would be the best place to buy a Doinker?

Cheapest, because I am a little low on cash.
