Last year I put on my Cobra 5 pin site on my old bow. This year I transfered it to my new one, because it was much better than the one the bow came with. I had the set up starting from 15-35 (pin every 5 yards.) BUT now with the new bow, I shoot a lot faster and flatter. So my pins are correct until 20 yards. But from then up, I am shooting high, because my arrow is not dropping. I am shooting a lot faster, so I am going to keep the 15 and 20 pins, and then go 30, 35, 40 ... just jumping the 20-30, cuz it is flying about the same.

what do you think. Did that make sense?? lol

I use 3 set at 20, 30, and 40. I don't under stand why people have one set at 10, on all the bows I have had there wasn't any drop difference from 10 yrds to 20 yrds, so I just go with 20, 30, and 40.

I use 1 pin sighted in at 20 yards.

I use 2 pins.
1 set at 0-30 yards and 1 set as a 40 yarder.

20, 30, 40, 50

for any shots in between, just go between pins.

I use the HHA Optimizer slide type sight with only 1 bright green pin, i set yardage markers on the sight tape from 20 - 40 yards but very rarley use anything other than the 20 yard mark.

3 pins 20, 30, 40. I had a ten but when I switched to carbon shafts the ten was unneccessary.
