arrow rest silencers?

What do you guys use on your arrow rests to keep the arrow quite while drawing? This is the hardest part about shooting a deer to me. Even if it is not that loud, when there is a buck in range, it sounds sooo loud. I have a trap door rest with the rubber silencers that came with it. I shoot carbon arrown and i would really like to find something that is quieter. Something that doesn't wear out after 10 shots either.

Whats the trick?

Thanks!

My rubber silencers got me busted last year when it was cold out. I'm switching to teflon this year.
