walmart photo cd

the photos on my cd are bmp and i cant upload them is there a way to change them to jpeg
and how do i shrink the size it is 187 kb needs to be 30

Try opening them up with MS Paint, it should be in your accessories button. Then use the "save as" button and save it as a JPEG file.

YUP, just use your photo editing software and "Save AS" JPEG.

Go to paint and open them up their. Go to image than stretch/skew. Make them around 25%.
