ASAT treestand pics WOW!!
 

Here are some of my first test photos with my new ASAT 3-D suit. I wanted the real effect so I took the pics with bow in hand:) These pics were all taken in my back yard at around 6 in the evening, so lighting conditions were still bright. Pics are from a 15 ft ladder stand.









Notice how the bow arm seems to melt away:D

Just curious why you post a pic in color and a pic in black and white. Is that because in black and white that's how the deer see it?

Great photos......you don't have to impress me!!! I own an ASAT 3-D suit....I know what it can do for you.....I had a turkey hunter walk past me at 10 feet and he never saw me till I said" Seen any birds"......HE ALMOST LEFT HIS CAMO ON THE GROUND WHEN HE JUMPED!!!!:D

Deer don't exactly live in a black-and-white world, but instead have dichromatic vision, that is they can see all hues of blues and yellows, but they are red-green color blind. This dichromatic vision makes deer unable to see most shades of color, but it heightens visual sensitivity to movement so good camo and being still is KEY.

Awesome...wanted to get a suit last season but wife wouldn't let me <grumbles> but did a little moonlighting and ordered mine a week ago :) can't wait to give er a whirl!

It looks great in a tree without folage. I posted some pictures in late January that Len took of me up in a double tree. It blends just as well as these pictures. I deleted the pictures or I'd post them again. Maybe Len still has them.

I had the ASAT on tonight when I snuck up on those two deer. Neither deer saw me before I shot and both looked my way while I was kneeling right beside a pine tree. After I shot the first deer, the 2nd deer ran right towards me and stood there looking at me while I tried to reload. It was like they just couldn't figure out what I was. :D

That's the second time this year that I've had this happen. It's REALLY getting to be a lot of fun getting that close without being 'made'.;)

I'd post pictures but some just can't handle it.[:-]:D

I just couldn't find what I wanted in Predator camo without spending major bucks, so I I've got a 3D Vanish-Pro suit on the way. Really looking forward to it. I had excellent results with ASAT years ago, so this leafy suit should really do the trick.

How do you pronounce ASAT. Is it like A-SAT or just A-S-A-T? I bought mine from Len today. I was about to order mine from ASATcamo.com but read a post about Len's shop. Called him today and he sold one to me for the same price. I would rather buy one from him than off the internet.
